Founder

Benjamin is a Systems and Algorithm Engineer with a strong background in model-based design, embedded software and signal and data processing. He holds a Master's degree in Physics from TU Darmstadt. He began his career as a research assistant at TU Darmstadt, developing fast discrete and digital controllers for stabilizing ion beams and conducting extensive parameter identification for robust operation under real-world conditions. He then moved into industry as an algorithm developer for ultrasonic data processing in the automotive sector, where he modeled static and dynamic object detection under real-world conditions, developed core algorithms, implemented them efficiently in C++, and filed five extensive patents based on his work. He then continued with developing algorithms for battery state estimation in the automotive field using model-based design, covering model development, module and functional testing and embedding the result into an external software environment. He has also built pipelines to automate the process from modeling through code generation to standardized embedding and parameterized test creation. He also worked directly with customers on Requirements Analysis, Change Requests, Impact Assessment, and field-data-based defect root cause analysis, including hands-on code review.

Founder

Linliang is a Systems Engineer and Project Manager with a strong background in process design, modelling, technology implementation and Stakeholder Management. She holds a Master's degree in Business Informatics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, completed by an Erasmus exchange semester in Strasbourg, France. Fluent in both German and Chinese, she brings a genuinely international perspective to her work. She began her career with a pioneering project at a major automotive company, where she introduced a new software regression process and built a supporting database from the ground up. She went on to develop expertise in IT Consulting companies across Cybersecurity. She took part in projects in the areas of Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, including participating in a compliance assessment in Shanghai, China. She has since worked as a Systems Engineer and Technical Project Manager in Processes, Methods and Tools (PMT) at an automotive supplier. She worked on a complex, interdisciplinary project to build a cloud-based platform for Engineering Lifecycle Management in product development. As Change and Release Manager, she developed, implemented, and coordinated Change Requests, Problem Reports, and release processes β€” aligned with ITIL and SAFe β€” with global internal organizations and external IT service providers, including escalating critical changes to project management. She also led a cross-business-unit working group that planned, developed, implemented, piloted, and rolled out training for a new document management system.
